Refunds on Product Returns We will be happy to refund you for your order. If you choose to return your order, please return within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items must be un-used and in good re-sellable condition. You will be refunded for the cost of the items less shipping. Should the return be due to an error on our part, you will receive a replacement, or refunded in full. Damaged or missing item claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please E-Mail us to make arrangements. If you would like to cancel an order that you placed, do so immediately, simply E-Mail us your cancelation. If you wait a couple of days it may have already been shipped. If the package has been shipped you may return the order to us and we will refund you less the shipping.
